A few things we have cooked
- Harissa king prawn 'shakshuka', chilli and fennel feta, fresh dill
- Pulled pork bao bun, sriracha mayo, pickled cucumber
- Burrata and proscuitto, pumpkin mutubal, pickled blackberries and pistachio dukkah
- Sticky toffee pudding, miso caramel, hazelnut praline and vanilla pickled rhubarb
